Cupcakes for True Love

In September, 2011, Nora Diver and Jeff Scott tied the knot in Jamison Square Park in Northwest Portland.  The beautiful setting was complemented by the couple's plan to include their friends in on the entire wedding planning process.  Nora's neighbor made the flower arrangements.  Her colleagues catered.  And, Carrot Flower Creative made the cupcake plates.  Congratulations, Nora and Jeff!
